The Council of European Scientific and Cultural Community in cooperation with the Club of the Bulgarian Scientific and Cultural Elite supports the intellectual potential of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences's institutes and most of the Universities, which have been awarded by the "GOLDEN PRINTS" Council for contribution to the development of Bulgarian science.
In this regard, together with numerous joint projects, the Council has commissioned and developed two INNOVATIVE food products based on the unique qualities of Bulgarian honey and Mursal tea (which is an endemic).
Non-alcoholic beverage with bee honey - registered under the trademark "HoneyBear".
The concept and the recipe have been developed in collaboration with the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski's Faculty of Biology and the University of Food Technologies - Plovdiv.
Biscuits "Medini" with Mursal tea.
The innovative concept and production was realized in cooperation with the Institute of Plant Physiology and Genetics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the University of Food Technologies - Plovdiv.
There is a future plan to develop new and innovative products in cooperation with three institutes of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and with the University of Food Technologies - Plovdiv.
